The team I lead at Quality Bicycle Products is in charge of creative for the B2B/distribution aspect of the company's business. One of the key components of distribution is, of course, product. QBP stocks everything from bike parts and accessories to outdoor gear and apparel. These product shoots have been used for display signage, web banners, print ads, tech articles, and more.
Bike Industry — Lifestyle
At Quality Bicycle Products, our customers are people working in bike shops. When I started at Q, I was surprised to find that it had almost no photos of retailers or shop life. In order to build more compelling marketing that would resonate with retailers, I instigated shoots at bike shops around the country. Some are staged, to make sure we get imagery that supports particular initiatives; others follow the action as it naturally occurs. 
Higher Ed
To attract applicants and engage alumni, the marketing department at Hamline University shares stories of the most interesting students, faculty, and alumni happenings. I planned and directed a wide range of shoots, from academics to athletics, and building construction to dorm life.
